I want to know that, if we have 5 companies in a single premises and each having 15 employees. In that situation total No. of employees in a single premises are 75, but in a single entity 15.
My problem is that, in this situation EPF Act applies to companies or not.

These establishments could be clubbed as a single establishment for the purposes of EPF coverage! more details on the nature of these establishments, inter dependant operations etc., needs to be ascertain for proper clarification
