Dear Sir/ Madam,

Hope this message finds you good. I have worked with a travel house for 24 months. I have been an active pf member through out. I have got correct name when I log-in using UAN provided by the company and also I can see the passbook statement, transactions in which seem correct and up to date. However, when I go to a different link on the epfo website "https://epfoservices.in/epfo/member_balance/member_balance.php?officename=R1VSR0FPTg==" in order to get the balance sms, it says member name mismatch. I checked my salary slips, the name seems correct on all the salary slips. I can not find any discrepancy on the documents. If you can let me know what can be the possible reason why its giving me the error message that will be more than helpful.

If there is a mismatch the corrction is advised thru employer.

Write under proper acknowledgment.

I have one more doubt in this EPF Amount Withdrawl procedure. 

If an employee goes to withdraw his/her entire EPF amount, Will his/her name be removed from the Labour List?

Is she in service of any company as on now?

You have posted that;

While in employment partial withdrawals are allowed for specific reasons.

Check with PRO/APFC in nearest PF office.
