Hello, i have recently joined a manufacturing company in the capacity of execuive - IR wherein my main responsibility would be to handle EPF and Industrial Dispute and Industrial Relation.
Would request your good self to kindly highlight me on the main points i should be knowing to effectively discharge my duties.
Industrial Dispute and EPF (Main points, Returns and Submission on Monthly and Quarterly basis) . I have gone through the Act, but its too elaborate and difficult to understand especially Industrial Dispute matter
Would like to know can workers raise Industrial Dispute if promotion is not granted, or when we need to disburse Performance Incentive, and if their views are not considered in fixing the amount
