we all know the bill is coming in next and last parliament session . it is expected it will sail through. most welcome.what it will teach? who will teach?who will be students?what is the selection process? we want to know.i am submitting some views though personal---as food for thoughts----a. let it teach subjects and standards like iit and iim.fundamental research and phd programme after graduation.let bank provide loans to brilliant needy students at a very low rate.postgraduate and phd programme in all science group .,finance ,law ,management.conventional education we are already rich and neednot add such subjects which are taught all the universities of india.am sure they will not teach medical science.pl suggest, beautify, critise and justify..
