enrollment fee in delhi bar for 49years old

my friend is 49 years old. he is planning to register in delhi bar council. can anyone tell me the enrollment fees for 49years. I saw the delhi bar council website with fee structure showing three slabs. my friend completed law in 2017. does 49years come under :
1. after 5 years enrollment fee Rs.20k
2. after retirement Rs.35k enrollment fees

Quick Summary
A 49-year-old individual who completed law in 2017 is seeking information on the Delhi Bar Council enrollment fees. They are unsure which fee slab applies, given the website lists different fees for enrollment after 5 years and after retirement. It's advised to contact the Secretary of the Bar Council of Delhi directly for the most current fee structure, as these can change. The discussion also notes that some bar councils charge higher fees for retired individuals, a practice that has been challenged in court.

Let your friend contact Secretary Bar Council of Delhi either at Siri Fort or 1st floor Lawyer Chamber (Old) High Court of Delhi as fees keep on revising after some time. It is not a legal query for consideration and obligation of experts located pan India (if not worldwide)

Some Bar Councils are charging enhanced enrollment fees from those who have retired. The Kerala High Court has held such varying fee structure to be unlawful.
