Hi,
I have one of the voter ID card as wall as ration card where address is mentioned as only BANGALORE.
I do not know how this voter ID card/Ration card are issued without address proof and how it can be even possible. There is a application where you have to fill the address and also submit the address/ID proof. In this case everything has been ignored.
Question:
- What are the legal option to take action against the athorities who have issued these cards.
- Is their an option to take action against the person to whome these cards are issued.
