Enforcement of Decree
After a long legal fight (30 years+), a widow has ultimately succeeded in getting a decree against a very powerful Politician for mesne profits etc. There are large number of properties owned by this Politician but the widow (around 76 of age) has no means to identify which property is in the name of the Judgment Debtor and even otherwise, most of the properties held by this person is either in the name of some or the other Family member or in the name of some acquaintance not even a relative of this politician.
What is the way out?
