Dear Sir/Madam,
Will the EC gives inforamation of the current owner and when it was purchased and to whom all it was transfered.
I have taken an EC of 30 years it says there is nil encumbrance. But the site is in XYZ name and the bank has taken over it as the XYZ could not pay the loan amount.
In this case please guide if the EC is giving complete informaion or should i check some thng else.
