whoever went to the court to get this eviction order, they have to file contempt petition in the concerned court for not obeying court order, or if u have a association u can file case in a civil court  for common cause under order 1 rule 8. of cpc.

First send a letter to the commisinser as well to the deputy commissioner. Mainly you should send the letter to the person whom you have made party (i.e. respondnrets) in the case before the High Court enclosing a certified copy of the order of the High Court. After waiting for a reasonable time of one months approach the high court with a contempt petiton making the commisisoner and other parties as respondents.
