Enchashment of EL

HI,

I would like to know how the calculation for the enchashment of Pl/EL is done.

The normal practice to encash the Leaves is as under.

Basic / 26 * No. of Days.

Hope this would suffice your requirement.

Rule for calculation of Leave Encashment (EL) is below :-

(Basic + D.A.) divide by 26 no. of days then multiply by balance PL/EL = sum is leave encashment amount.
