Employment Bond Extension Rules

I signed an employment contract with an company for two years and successfully completed it.   After completion of the contract period, i worked in the same company for three months.  When i was leaving the company, the company management persuaded me to stay back and increased my salary and also asked me to extend the bond for one more year and i did that.  I manualy wrote at the end of the same bond that with mutual consent we are extending this bond for one more year and i signed it.

Is this bond valid as the company has not invested any amount in the form of training while extending the bond.

It is still valid. You have signed the bond knowing fully well about the conseuqences. Now you cannot retract.
