Employees' Compensation Act 1923

All the experts are requested to suggest me whether a workmen engaged in the construction work in private residential building is covered under the Workmens' Compensation Act 1923 (amended as Employee's Compensation Act 1923)

Yes; by virtue of section 58 of the BOCW Act, 1996 and also by certain other provisions of the ECA 1923.
