Ours is a Govt. company and we have offices throughout the country. Our Regional Headquarters at Chennai with offices in all the states. The Employees society is registered under Tamil Co-operative society run by the Special Officer. Now, we would like to be With Central Cooperative and would like to do business on our own without the Speical Officer of TN Society. But they are tactily denying to shift from State to Central . What is the remedy?

Make represenrtation, then serve legal notice and therafter declare that we have diassociated therefrom with effect from such and such date with association of new body. they will have to come to your temrs.
