Employee Termination

on Date 14/02/2019, joined a pvt. ltd. company in sales deparment, I was Teeminated without any specific reasons. even around more than of 300 employess have been terminated with out any reasons, could you please help me in Litigation remedies which i have.

if you fall under the definition of workman you can approach the Labour Dept.
