Employee not getting NOC from Employer.

employee gave resignation but not fulfilled the notice period.
as per company terms if not fulfilled the notice period company will deduct one month basic salary.
employee agreed for that but company or employer of management not giving the NOC.
what is the act of law.

you'll have to serve a legal notice through an advocate to your employer asking him to provide all the relevant documents within 15 days.
If he fails to adhere to the terms, you can drag your employer to civil court.
