employee bond

Hi,can any one advice me,, I join one company and write 3 years bond. At the time of joining company told to me this is only non disclosure agreement. I joined as a accounts executive in abc company. I received appointment letter also from ABC company. After joining abc company they allotted to work related to X company. X company is 100% subsidiary of abc company. But X company is located in U.S.A.registered office also U.S.A. In my appointment letter there is no information of x company.work also like data entry. now I completed one year and I intimate company this work not use my career also. But no response from company. I give resignation with one month nitice period and pay two months gross salary for reliving (as per appointment letter 3 months notice period )my company asks 200000 rupees as per bond other wise we are not Acpect your resignation Now what can I do?
