Emancipation from parents!! help!!

Page no : 2

Roshni B.. (For justice and dignity)     23 June 2012

one thing i dont understand.

you said u have been tied, beaten up and not allowed of the house.

then how do u manage to write all these posts, that also so many times?

when ur parents control you so much that they took away your certificates, how come they dont control your access to the internet?arent they bothered that thru internet u can easily inform others about their abuses?

this is surprising!

The Ladyboy Nina .... are you out of your mind or what ?

Roshni B.. (For justice and dignity)     23 June 2012

but how can a person who's under house arrest and tied with ropes write so much???

this beats me even!

MRRpersonality (Knows very little about Indian laws)     23 June 2012

@Girls:  sonal said she was tied and beaten up in the past and she could not speak for 3 days.  You or any of your friends can approach CAW or Protection officer of your place.   If you can let us know where you live, I can find such resources in your area.   You may also be able to get free legal help.

Ranee....... (NA)     23 June 2012

This case proves girls are yet not taken as equal to boys in the family..girls in many families are bound with age old restrictions..she even dont have the freedom to marry at own will or do some job even afetr high qualification..such girls often take wrong decisions in life or choose wrong life partner.

Archanaji i'm so grateful to you, but the problem is all these organisations need me to come forward and report it myself, but with no money of my own i cant go to these centres. Also they threaten me with killing and shooting me.

Is there any way, i can do it sitting from home cause i can not go to court to sign the papers.

Please i'm destitute i need help.

Adv Archana Deshmukh (Practicing Advocate)     24 June 2012

Talk to them on phone, email them. Tell them your condition that  you are under house arrest & in danger & cannot go out of house. Phone ur local friends who can file complaint on ur behalf. If nothing is possible then contact police on phone for help. They will rescue you and guide you to some proper womans organisation. Don't worry. Be strong and have faith, everything will be alright.

MRRpersonality (Knows very little about Indian laws)     24 June 2012

sonal:  Please do as advised by Ld Adv Archana.  You must help yourself first and take the bold step.  No harm is going to happen and be brave.   You do not need to go to court on your own.  You do not need money to contact them, and they wont ask you for money.   There is even free legal help available. Even your friends or any other well-wishers can call them also.

As an alternative, please give your address to us and we will call those organizations or the local police for you. You do not have to give your address on this forum,  PM your address if you feel comfortable.

Please do not waste any more time.
