I have 44% marks in graduation but last year....I belong to OBC category...Mumbai University allow relaxation upto 40% for reserved category candidates...
1. does this reservation apply to OBC as well?

2. is it possible to take admission for 5 years course on the basis of 12th STD marks and study LAW PART TIME?

85% seats are reserved for student of the state of Maharashtra in all the Government/government aided/Governtment aided minorityinstitutions/university department/courses.
5% seats are reserved under teh NRI/OCI/PIo quota.
10% seats are reserved for all other students from all over the country.
If you belongs to Maharashtra then Yes to your query 1, if not Then'NO' chance to get at 44%.
You can get the certificate or diploma course in some areas of law on a part time basis, but according to BCI rules, LLB degree can only obtained from a full time course.
