Eligibility for gratuity after rending resignation from cg

I have resigned from Department of Posts which is a Central Government Department after completion of 5 Years and 2 Months which is non technical and joined new central government office. I just want to confirm whether I am eligible for Gratuity or not and please also inform me about other dues for which I have to apply from department of Posts.

Terminal benefits are payable provided you complete the service for pension.

Payment of gratuity act will not apply in your case, you need to see your service / CCS rules.
