for electric bills 2015 filed in electric grievance forum decided in 2016,appealed in 2017 in electricity ombudsman -decided in 2019.
now filed fresh application in consumer court within 30 days decision of electricity ombudsman. hence no delay.
but forum is asking for condonation of delay .while electricity ombudsman is special court under electricity act .sec 22 of limitation favors such ,but consumer court is not ready to hear this .pl guide ?
