Effective date of payment in maintenance case.

Sir, I would recommend you if you read section 125(2) as it will give a clear view 

So what section 125(2) says, 

"Such allowance shall be payable from the date of the order, or, if so ordered, from the date of the application for maintenance"

So it all depends on the order of the judge.
