effect of the illigal marriage on joint named property

I had remarried after the death of my first wife...My second wife has given petition under IPC 125... During the time I come to know that she had remarried me without divorced by her x.husband... Now what can I do to remove her name from our joint property??

Firstly, you should file for annulment of marriage on grounds of non disclosure of material fact.
Secondly, you are advised to file a criminal complaint against your wife under Sections 420 (cheating), 494 (marrying again during lifetime of husband) and 495 (offence with concealment of former marriage from person with whom subsequent marriage is contracted).
