As a student one is concerned with the competence, abilities in teaching by the tutor and the qualification aspect has to be taken care of by the institution.   If the teaching is not proper due to lack of knowledge/ qualification file a grievance to UGC/AICTE/University in their website and provide details to them for taking action against the institution.  Please remember that the institution may not treat your grievance kindly, and may retaliate and harass you.   Go for better available options.
