Am 33 married in jan 2008 having one 3 yrs daughter pls tell me how to make divorce with wife, we both r ready to take divorce without fight and my wife ready to give me custody of my daughter so pls tell me what is simple procedure is ther to make mutual divorce, or any option to settle it out side court or not

Already you & your wife has decided the fastest way to get seperated. Hire a lawyer, ask him/her to draft a petition of MCD, agree the conditions of alimony & deal done!! Your divorce is 180 days away from the day of filing it.
