I have a land and i have a register deed of easement right of a common passage connecting to the land from the main road with my neighbour .now i want to sell my land to a realestate company. The lawyer of the company is claiming that, if doner of register easement right deeds died then the deed will void/cancelled or not ? Can the right is inheritable?

Easement' is, basically, a common law concept.
