EASEMENT

Dear Sir's

I am from Kurnool i have a house in back side of my house there is a window for light and air. this window is there past 25 years. owners of the backside house they forcebly closing my window. what can i do before court law. Please suggest me in this regard.

you can file suit for the relief of permanent injunction in respect of your easementary right before the proper court in consultation with local advocate
