My wife has filed DVC on myself and my mother including relatives in Bangalore. The relatives have got summons to appear in Hyderabad. Due to pending 498a case charge sheeting, I am apprehensive to bring them them here for DV appearance. Secondly they are not in this city and hence there is no domestic relationship between them and my wife. I am not sure why court sent summons to them if in DIR report only my and mother's name is only listed.
Is there a risk of NBW if they don't appear on the summon date infront of lower class court.? If they come , what options can the magistrate execute as they are accused in 498a? and that case is in FIR stage only with a2-a5 documented as absconding.
