In DV Act case there is no provision of jail for non apperance. Court will make you exparty and proceed in the case. 

Agree with Sachin. You can file absent petition to conden your absence.

Many thanks for the response. I was asking the above question because Petitioner is not attending even single adjournment. Is not the DVC petitioner expected to attend adjournments? Is not it the petitioner responsibility to prove the allegations which absolute false on total family?

How many girls you and your family are going to spoil ? How many families you & your fraud family are going to ruin their happy lifes? How many cheatings you are going to do in your life? How many frauds you are going to do in your life? Time has come... all your cheatings, fraud things, sadistic things will get proved for proper punishment..just wait for that !!!!
