@Querist,

Live together happily and cordially. Mutual understanding is necessary to save realationship.There is no other precaution bucause you seek protection of laws when there is lack of such understanding resulting in a devastated state for either or both the parties.

Therefore,No legal suggestion.

If you feel from your innerself that documents are required. then MCD is the best option regards ASHOK

you have to counter the written statement which is submitted by husband. Condemn all allegations on you. Do not ask divorce. instead you can ask judicial seperation for time being and ask maintenance from husband if you are not working any where for livelihood.

Since you have not yet filed the 498a case, my advice is that the matrimonial bond is sentimental, do not make it commercial.  Do not use the above case for extracting money or for vengence.  If you have love and affection towards your husband then live happily.  Or if you are not happy with him, straight away go for mutual consent give dirvoce and follow ethics.If you need any one time alimony, sit together and discuss.  do not listen to lawyers advice in this aspect.  They will make the things more complicated.
