Dear sir/madam,
iam physically handicapped and my wife filed dv case where iam paying her maintence every month even thou she does not let me stay in my home i have been desserted and unemplyoed.I filed pettion in session court for revission but my bad luck jugde ask for eveidence which we did but but the matters is getting delayed due to judge absent or some other reason.I have even got the conjunal right order from my native place last month which i donot know what i can be helpful to me to get relief.Supose iam not able to pay this month maintence what could be consequence i have to face.
