DV summance

When my wife file DV case , i was out of india , and today also i m out of india ?

do i need to appear before court ?

Choice is yours.  Not mandatory.  But if you do not appear at least through a lawyer, your version will not be before the court and the court may pass orders against you believing the evidence of your wife.  Hence in your own your interest at least represent your case through a lawyer.
