Dv filed after one yr of rcr

wife filed DV one year after filing RCR by herself, both cases filed by her, I dont want to live with her, as she has made serious dowry allegations and harrassment charges on me.........

is DV a reason good enough to dismiss her own RCR petition.....

It depends on date of filing of DV.  If DV has been filed before RCR, then RCR will fail and vice versa.
