Hey , i am husband , my wife filed false domestic violence case.
Till today this case under "General Domestic Violence case"
In this case my wife submitted false documents , so i filed complaint against court with proof.
Now this case is under "Private case" category.
My Question are :
1. Why category change from General DV case to Private case ? Is it because judge found that this case is false and not serious.
2. Is it judge who decide to change category ?
3. Is my case become stronger because category change ?
4. My wife has filed another case for maintaince crpc-125 , do i get benefits for this ?
5 Will clear the way to get easy divorce on ground of false ?
