Dv case and appeal

Dear Vikram, Thanks for your valuable suggestions..

I would like to inform you that if Lower court in DV passes an order against  our application of maintibility of DV case,then can we appeal in sessions court regarding our applicaton and get stay from sessions court?

Because,only intention of wife is to harass us..And i am unable to pay HC Lawyer's very high fees...

you should try in trial court failure of which in session court in acc. of sec.29 as appeal.let's see what court decide,before moving to highcourt.regards

Can we appeal in the high court ,my place of stay,when judgement for dv has been given in sessions court ,instead of district court which still far away(200km) and  sessions court(235km)
