DV by sister-in-law.

Dear All, Need your Help. My sister-in-law is not staying with my brother. My brother had requested in counselling dept of police to counsell her to come back where she was ready to come on a condition to stay seperate. Both were ready to stay seperate. But today we came to know that she filed a DV case against all the member of the family. What should we do now?? Hearing is on 5th November in High court.
