Dv after one year separation

My wife filed after 1 year separation in magistrate court. I attended hearing and filed application under 468 ground dv is not maintainable. But judge , clerk ,layer suggests to give me objection for dv case in that you can mention it. I told them first reject my 468 application then only I will produce objection. I am fighting this case as a PIP . please suggest me what is time period for filing objection say If my 468 application rejected I want to appeal it on session court.

Let your 468 application get rejected. Appeal in higher court & get stay for further proceedings. Thus you can drag the case. If appeal in high court, least 1year. Thus 1.5 years. Total of 2.5 years, hence no DV. You will get min of 1 year time to file objection. Regards Shekhar Bangalore +919731110296
