Dear all, I would like to know after clearing DV act 2005 (won the case) but in order to appeal in sessions court what is the time limit or time frame. is it 30 days or can seek some extra time. Any procedures.

sec 29 of DV act 2005 act says 30 days from the date of getting order,any delay in filing appeal purely depends upon the courts decision.
