Wife filed for divorce under 13(ia) before 15 months. I filed for RCR immediately.
Now after a year wife has filed 498a. Her lawyer is threatening me that they will a case under DV act also. They are asking for 25,000 p.m as maintenance or one time settlement of 30 Lac.
The 498a case has no substance, but her lawyer is threatening me and trying to pressurize me to setlle the mutually. They also want full custody of my son.
How should I approach this matter? What are the implications of filing case under DV now?
