(1)if there is FIR against wife and her parents in section 384, 504,506 and also she taken back her concent in 13 b..can she file domestic violence case and ask for relief.....
(2) can dv case filed anywhere in india or only in that city where incident taken place

Yes she can file, normally people will file case where they reside.
