I need to know if my husband is not giving me a single rupee and I am paying for my child's maientenace,what can I claim from him and how.He is even asking me to pay the home loan Do I need to pay it if we are co borrower.Currently I am staying with my parents from 2 months as he has put all my stuff to our new flat  which doesnt have basic ammenities..How long can I stay at my parents house.Can he file divorce on that basis that I have left him.He has harassed me a lot ,can I file a DV against him.

File a DV case only as a last resort. Once you file DV, it will be the end of the relationship. Think from all the angles before doing so or you may repent in the future. 

Try to find solutions to your marital problems thru friends, relatives or marriage consellors. Try all options but if nothing works then ask police to councel as last try brfore filing DV.
