This is my first question in this forum. My father in law is lawyer Adv.Anil Visal practising in Pune Court . This is my wife's second marriage with me , she had given divorce to her first husband with help of her advocate father.
Earlier we were living happily out of pune for 3 years , i even have a daughter of 1.5 years. Their was no interference in our family by her parents not even a single call when we were staying out of pune .
Few months before we came back to pune and her parents interference started in my family. As mine was love marriage they were against from first and they now with help of my wife after continuously hammering her have filed false DV Case and 498a.
My Question :
1. I was staying in rented house with agreement in my name and her advocate father anil visal with indirect
help from police threw me out of that home. They din not allow me enter my rented house for few days. After
5 - 6 days they shifted all household material to other place. not a single paper / my certificates / my clothes
TV / Fridge ......everything was stolen by her father. I rushed police station even called 100 for help but dint
get any support. I had given written complaint about stolen things in police station the same day means
in june and now yesterday after so many months police are calling me for complaint given by me and
telling me to withdraw case and file application in court for my stolen material.
Shall court help me in getting my stolen things back and can i take action on police for their negligence ?
2. My father in law as is advocate and have filed DV case against me , he using his influence w/o argument
filed papers in court and judge said that i was not present on hearing .Fact is that i always attend court
dates and they dont. My advocate fought and told COURT that my father in law using influence submitted
false papers to court. after that court has given next date for real argument.
I want to know whats the profit of my father in law by submitting false papers to court ?
