My mother in law has filed a Domestic violence 2005, section 12 case against myself and my husband in a district court on 5th July 2021. But the court has not sent any notice to us yet. On ecourt the next hearing date mentioned as 21st July.! She is doing this to avenge us since we made NI 138 and money suit recovery case against her to recover the amount she loaned from us. Is it possible the magistrate could altogether reject the case citing no substance OR since case number is generated we would eventually receive notice sooner than never?
