My mother has made a gift deed to my sister on 2009 (6 acres of agricultural land). I have filed a suite on this. Suite is still in pending with court. my sister has got the pass books for the land by showing gift deed. But since 2009 to today I have been giving the land for lease. This year(2011) my sister's family has come to land and damaged my crop using poision. I have lost my investment this year.
I have given the complaint in the police station. But my sister's family saying that this is our property. We will do whatever we want. So police did not take any action
I have filed a private case on this by stating IPC 426,435,447,506,34,3-1-v-sc&st poa act, 156(3)(because people who have taken it for lease belongs to sc caste). Police filed FIR and sent it to DSP. But DSP has not yet taken any action on them.
I want to know the legal posibility to take the action on my sister's family?
why DSP is not taking action on them ?(because documents are on their name.) 30 days back file went to DSP office.
Pleae suggest me how can I proceed further if DSP does not take any action?
