the matter may be before recovery officer of DRT , application detailing these facts. Alternatively you can asl for phased auction.

possible remedy was to challange the notices u/s 13(2) and also remedy available under section 17 of SARFAESI Act,2002 n u can also file a writ and seeek stay on the said auction.
