DRT LITIGATION

Resp Experts,

I'm contesting my own case in DRT. I want to make an application for inspection and discovery of documents to the Hon. Registrar before filing my W.S. Can U provide me with a sample of Application AND / OR the list of Documents to be demanded for inspection.

Usually the Registry of each DRT prescribe a format for perusal of document. You approach the concerned DRT for format and submit with postal order /DD for Rs.100/- for perusal of documents. It is alwayes better to engage an advocate handling DRT matters, for preparing Reply Statement to DRT

I have the format for Application for Inspection of documents. All I need is the list of documents which are to be demanded from the Bank.
