Drt appeal

I have been asked by DRT to submit following papers along with my appeal under section 17 of SARFAESI Act

1. Verifying affidavit

2. Interlocutory  application for condonation of delay

3. Requisite court fee

4. To be submitted through a pleader /Advocate  with vakalath

My question

Can I represent myself instead of a pleader /Advocate

What is the format of interlocutory application for condonation of delay

Is the following verifying affidavit is sufficient ( as available in the prescribed form for appeal)

You can personally represent your case. There is no compulsion that you have to engage advocate for your case. But you need expertise im the related legal subject to represent your case and your attempt should not result in frustration
