saravanan (architect)     26 April 2012

Drt

iam saravanan i have a property in chennai which was sold to me by 2003 , the owner claimed he had mortagage the property with George town benefit fund and we released it and got it registered. Later after a year two banks came to us and said the property as been mortagaged with them 5 years before.

While buying i have checked the EC and Patta and i didn't get any clue on this mortagage , we filled a case against the institutions, on further enquiry the said property in the bank were of differrent properties.

one institiution didn't appear itself as the mortage document itself proved to be forged, but the other bank still claims the property as beed shown along with a bigger property on the backside. My lawyer proved that the claim what they make is fraudent and property mentioned is an adjacent property. But the municipal court as dismissed the case as they have reffered the case as to be dealt in drt and sarfashei court

please advise me on further action
