Dp3 - filled but not accepted by io

Dear All Respective,Victim of 498/406/506 Kindly go through below said query :-

1. Filled application DP3 - via Registered Post to SHO Police.

2. Then filled RTI application on progress report.

In reply of my RTI - IO Police -- "case is lying in court,matter is in court,Police can not take any action".

Pls suggest me on urgent basis.
