Dear Seniors
My Self bala, I got married 1.5 years before.due to some family issue my wife gave a fake complaint to the police station in dowry harassment case (including my family members too). I am ready to face this case legally.
My question is
1. In dowry case only my side want submit the proof or both side (my wife side too) want to submit to the court.
2. What kind of rules support to male in dowry case.
3. If I proof my side can I take any action against to my wife.
4.Can I get fake dowry case judgement details (in PDF)
