1. Case of 304B and 498A is running against me from year 2011 in UP. At present framing of charge is pending.(Get Bail from Session Court).
2. At that time Mr X is govt. lawyers oppose our bail application in Yr 2011 but we get bail on same day.
3. In Yr 2012 , Govt. Lawyers is changed , and Mr X is know working as private lawyer.
4. In last Mr X has filed vakalat namaa in my case as private lawyer.
My question is he eligible for that or not as he was govt. lawyer in my case previously.
